Ramp fits
A US company that wants cards, expenses, reimbursements and bill pay in one place, and can pass a credit review. The free plan covers a lot, and Ramp makes money on card interchange.
BILL fits
A finance team or accounting firm that lives in AP: multi-level approvals, vendor portals, receivables and deep sync with accounting systems. Many firms run BILL for AP and a separate card provider.
What to check for vendors abroad
Neither page lists a full international fee schedule beside its plans, apart from BILL's $19.99 USD wire. Before you move vendor payments abroad onto either, ask for the exchange rate margin and the fee per currency. On $30,000 a month paid abroad, a 1% margin is $300.

Where Rivet fits
Rivet is a multi-currency account with payouts, cards and approvals. Cards are prefunded from your balance, so there is no credit review. Payouts reach 120+ countries on local rails where available, with fee and FX shown before you confirm. Growth is $200 a month, flat, for up to 10 members with approvals. Rivet is not a bank; regulated partner institutions hold the funds. See Cards and expense management for small businesses.
