What the workspace includes
Named bank accounts
Local details in the company name: a routing number and account number for USD, an IBAN for EUR, a sort code for GBP, and more. Growth adds EUR and GBP to the USD on Starter; Scale adds CAD, HKD and the wider set. Sub-accounts per client or project so incoming funds arrive already split.
Corporate cards
A digital card per employee, team or vendor, each with its own limit and nickname. Physical cards ship from Growth. Freeze, replace or retag a card without touching the others. No seat cap.
Payouts and treasury
Pay employees, contractors and suppliers in one batch, on local rails where they exist and in USDC where they do not. Hold USD, EUR and GBP, convert between them, keep USDC and USDT beside the fiat. One approval covers the batch.
Spend controls
Roles, a monthly and per-transaction limit on each card, blocked merchant categories, and an amount above which a payment needs a second or third approver. Receipts and categories sit on the same transaction as the spend.
ServicesClients pay into local details in your company name. The team spends on cards with limits. Finance pays people out in a batch. All of it verified once, configured with you, and charged only after the business passes.
Fifteen minutes,saved as you go.
Company details, registration number, and the people who own or control the entity. The form saves as you go, so you can stop and come back. A 45-minute scoping call is there if you want help deciding currencies and roles.
- Company and registry details
- Directors and anyone holding 25%+
- Optional scoping call
The company,then each owner.
We check the registry filing, the ownership structure, and each beneficial owner on their own. A compliance officer signs off business details, documents and owners separately. A query on one director does not hold the rest.
- KYB on the entity
- Identity and screening per owner
- Only the missing item is re-requested
Live the same dayas approval.
Local details in your company name go live the same day as approval. Clients pay on the rail they already use. Funds land in the matching balance, ready to hold, convert, spend or pay out.
- USD, EUR, GBP details in your name
- Clients pay on their usual rail
- Balances usable the moment they land
Invite the team.Pick a plan.
Invite the team, issue cards, run a payout, choose a plan at the end of onboarding. Nothing is charged before the business is verified, including if we cannot verify it.
- Cards and approval thresholds
- First payout batch
- Plan chosen after verification
Every company is verified before it can send or receive. A complete file gets a verdict in three business days.
What we ask for
Certificate of incorporation, company registry details, and ID plus proof of address for directors and anyone holding 25% or more. We send the list for your jurisdiction and entity type before you upload anything.
How the check runs
KYB on the company, then identity verification on each beneficial owner. Each owner is screened against sanctions, PEP and adverse-media lists. Naming someone on a form is not verification.
When you get a verdict
Three business days once the file is complete. Incomplete papers are what slow this down, which is why we check the pack before it is submitted and ask only for the item that is missing.
What happens next
If the company is approved, account details are issued that day. If something is wrong, we request the flagged document. One rejection does not blank the rest of the file.
Onboarding and configuration come with every plan, including Starter — not billed separately. Corridor review and a named contact come with Scale.
Safe by design
No paper. No branches.
A verdict in three business days on a complete file.
A workspace for a registered company: named bank accounts, digital and physical cards, expense controls, batch payouts and stablecoin treasury. Funds sit with regulated partner institutions. You operate them here, with roles and approval thresholds, because more than one person spends the money.
Three business days for a verdict once the file is complete. Getting the file complete is where delay usually sits, and that is the part we take off you. Account details are issued the same day as approval.
Certificate of incorporation and registry details, plus ID and proof of address for directors and anyone holding 25% or more. If you want the scoping call, that is 45 minutes. Whoever runs finance needs about an hour while we set currencies, cards and approvals.
Part of the product, and not billed separately. Onboarding and configuration come with every plan, including Starter. Corridor review and a named contact come with Scale. A migration off an existing provider is quoted on its own, because that work varies.
After the business is verified. You pick a plan at the end of onboarding. Nothing is charged before that, including if we cannot verify the company. Starter is free. Growth is $200 a month. Scale is $500 a month.
No. Open the accounts first. Add cards, payouts or stablecoin treasury when you need them. Rails you have not switched on cost nothing and stay out of the interface.
Then the useful conversation is which flows are worth moving. We will price your corridors rail by rail against what you pay today and say where you are already better off.
On Starter and Growth you move onto same-business-day email support. On Scale you keep the named contact. The setup lives in a runbook you own, so the next finance hire inherits the reasoning.
