Statrys's pricing page lists FX "from 0.1%" on 11 major currencies, and "from 0.15%" on seven others including INR, KRW and VND. Airwallex lists 0.5% above interbank for majors and 1% for the rest. On a 100,000 USD conversion that is 100 USD against 500 USD at the starting rates.
The comparison does not end there, because the two accounts do different jobs. Figures are from each provider's pricing page, read in November 2026; Airwallex's are from its UK list.

Pick Statrys if
You run a Hong Kong trading company that converts often between majors, pays by SWIFT and wants a named account manager. Its rates are among the lowest published for this use.
Pick Airwallex if
You need collection accounts in many currencies, cards for staff with controls, and bill pay. Its card avoids the 1.99% Statrys charges on non-HKD spend.
Where Rivet fits
For an Asia-based company billing US or European clients, Rivet gives USD account details in the company's name on the free Starter plan, EUR and GBP on Growth, and HKD and CAD on Scale, with 20 more currencies to hold and convert. It adds USDC and USDT ramps, which many Asia-based exporters and Web3 companies need. Statrys's published FX is lower than Rivet Scale's from 0.30%, so a company that only converts may pay less there. See our HKD business account guide. Rivet is not a bank; regulated partner institutions hold client funds.
