# OFX alternatives for business: who to use for FX, payments and accounts

Five OFX alternatives compared on plans, published FX, hedging and account features, so you can match the provider to how your company pays abroad.

## Key takeaways

- OFX's UK plans are Standard (£0 per user) and Full Suite (£75 a month for five users). Its FX is quoted per transfer, with forwards and hedging specialists.
- Wise Business publishes FX from 0.24% with no subscription. Airwallex publishes 0.5% for majors. WorldFirst publishes up to 0.50%.
- Ebury and Corpay compete with OFX for hedging and large FX contracts and quote prices per client.
- Rivet publishes FX by plan and adds USDC and USDT, unlimited virtual cards and payouts to 120+ countries.

OFX's UK pricing page lists two plans: Standard at £0 per user per month, and Full Suite at £75 a month for five users, £10 per extra user. Both include a Global Business Account with local details in GBP, EUR, USD and CAD, 30+ currencies to hold and pay, and access to currency hedging specialists. The FX margin is in the quote.

That suits a company making large, planned payments that wants a person to talk to. It suits less well a company that wants to see the price before asking, or that needs more than four sets of local details.

Prices are from each provider's page, read in November 2026.

## Match the provider to the payment

**Large supplier invoices months ahead:** OFX, Ebury or WorldFirst, for forward contracts. See [FX forward contracts explained](/blog/fx-forward-contracts-explained).

**Many small transfers:** Wise Business, or Airwallex if you also need cards and bills.

**Paying contractors in many countries:** a fixed price per payout helps. Rivet charges $2 per payout on Starter, $1 on Growth and $0.50 on Scale, to 120+ countries.

**Clients or suppliers using USDC or USDT:** Rivet, the only one here with stablecoin ramps on every plan.

## The trade-off

Rivet does not offer forward contracts. If your main risk is a currency move on a large future payment, a hedging provider is the right tool, and our guide to [FX risk for small businesses](/blog/foreign-exchange-risk-for-small-businesses) explains the choices. If your work is getting paid in dollars and paying people in many places, Rivet's published rates and USD details in your company's name are a simpler fit. Compare [OFX vs Wise](/blog/ofx-vs-wise-business) too. Rivet is not a bank; regulated partner institutions hold client funds.
